ABANG JOE owns a motorsport center called APDCREW CIRCUIT in Selangor. One day, ABANG JOE was visited by a young man named RUDY who was rebellious spirit. He was often involved in illegal racing activities and was detained in prison. RUDY began carrying out his duties as Assistant General in the arena.
